Jimw@t
Jimw@t is a Kenyan Genge musician who recorded is first single “Sema Nami Sweetie” at the famed Calif Records whilst still in high school. The single was released in 2004, after his O levels and received considerable air play. In the same year, he was featured by a Genge artist Raptaz in his single “Paulina” which became a massive hit. His lyrical prowess saw him involved by various other artists in their music culminating to him working with acclaimed Genge artist Juacali. Thereafter, he went solo releasing one of the most defining singles of the time “Under 18” which propelled him into stardom. His raise to the top was briefly marred by drug and alcohol abuse; a position from which he is recovering from and maybe, once again regain his reign.
